Appearance: Ivan towers over most people at his height of 6’5”. He has beigh-ish blond hair, and his eyes are violet. His face is round and child-like, and he almost always has a pleasant smile to show to everyone. Despite this, he comes off as intimidating without saying a word.
Ivan’s most distinguishing article of clothing is his tan scarf. He’s almost always seen wearing it, as he considers it one of his most prized possessions. He usually carries around bottles of vodka, and has a gun and/or faucet pipe hidden somewhere on his person.
On occasion he’ll don a long, tan colored, stylised army overcoat, complete with medal.
Personality: Ivan puts on the facade of a warmheartedly innocent, yet large, vodka loving young man. He almost always has a pleasant expression and disposition. He even keeps his voice at a cheerfully high pitch. However, none of it does any good to hide the menacing aura that hangs over him perpetually. In fact, they intensify it.
In reality, Ivan is childishly cruel and insane. He gets ideas that would bring physical and mental harm upon others, but often derives them from entertaining thoughts. He frequently invites others to join him for get-togethers or other things he finds fun, slipping threats into the conversation when they appear to refuse, but he won’t always act on it. At one point in time, he made a person scream in terror by merely sitting and smiling pleasantly. Another time, he gave someone a stomach ache by aggressively staring at them.
He hates the cold, especially General Winter, though he makes great use of it in certain circumstances. His dream is to one day live in a warm place surrounded by sunflowers.
History: Ivan Braginski was born in a constantly warring area of Russia. He lost his parents at a very young age, and was orphaned along with his older and younger sister. Ivan was very close with his siblings. His older sister gave him her scarf despite how cold it would be for her without it, and his younger sister clearly liked him more than he could handle.
The cold climate, the dangers due to the constant wars, and the tragedies that surrounded them tormented Ivan, and his mentality cracked.
Joining the military to survive, Ivan was given the code name “Russia” and sent out with a group, only to return alone when the mission was complete. Often times he would give his opponents the chance to surrender and join him, however, this chance was never taken, not once.
While the insanity-driven side of him took him most often to the battlefield, the vodka-inebriated side of him enjoyed social sciences. The military was kind enough to more than double his workload by putting him in school while at the same time sending him off to close-by missions.
After graduating, Ivan rejoined the military full time, having achieved the rank of Lieutenant General. Although by this time, the war was at last nearing its end. When peace was achieved, he left the military to pursue a career in teaching, which he eventually found in Seikatsu High.
