I got the job! I start on Monday and the salary is better than I expected, which is nice. Get to have Wenesdays off too. Going to start my driving lessons again next week hopefully, need to be driving for when I move. I'm out next Saturday too, Harry is out all night so shall I be!

Well the latest development is that I've got an interview for that secretarial job at the hospital tomorrow. I think I will be taking that one and not the police. The grade goes up after a six month review, so then I would be £6,000 a year better off than if I take the police one. Childcare costs will be cheaper too ( Read more... )

I went for another interview yesterday for an appointments coordinator in the gastro department at the hospital and I got it!!!!!!!!!!!!! So the police can arse off. It's been six weeks and they still haven't completed their checks! And anyway this one is better hours, 30 a week, and it will give me more experience in more things ( Read more... )
