Hi, as fast as the main 10 seconds will fill up, we still need general voices to say "we love hetalia" in their tongue and in english, so please, spread this project to your local hetalia communities in different languages, and get the people to sign up. if they don't have lj, you can sign up for them, and later on get them to send their clip to me

I and the mods will update this as often as possible, please comment ONLY if there are any mistakes.

1) Is there a time limit?

-  Yes, I'd like to have at least all sign-ups done by Jan 21, all voice clips recorded by Jan 25, that way i can make the video by beginning of february.

-  concerning the art part, please get all pictures in by jan 25th, old art is fine, so I wish for this to not take too long.
