Maybe you could underline or highlight your favorite lines. Or write them in a notebook. Fold the corners of the pages of your favorites.

i've read the first three on your first list, and none of the others.

if i were to make comparable lists for the same period of time, i would have about 1 on the last list (1968, finished last night), a couple on the second, and about a zillion on the first. but it's good to be reading again.

I've decided that I WILL read the Bulgakov before getting back to school. at least, I will try and make a sizable dent that can perhaps be whittled away on the plane and in between the madness that will be returning to school.
