The more I pay for things with cards, the less often I have cash on me. I often wonder how this trickles down, because I used to give homeless some coins or small bills on a regular basis but I almost never have anything on me to give anymore. It must be impacting them. This is, perhaps, symbolic of another reason why "trickle down" doesn't work.
