Good thing I still own that house and have a very helpful property management company.

As I await the delivery of the Supercalifragilisticexpealadocious Gismo I recently ordered, which by the way I am anticipating will surpass even my wildest expectations, I feel compelled to compliment your logistics staff for their efficient shipping process. I have no doubt that you are passing on the cost savings you are realizing from omitting an exhaustive search for current customer addresses and letting the general public reroute products sent to obsolete addresses for you, which reminds me that I should also compliment your human resources and building services departments, and the general public for their roles in getting my purchase to me before I move again. If there are any other entities (e.g. FedEx) that I have inadvertently failed to mention specifically please forward my sincere appreciation for their participation in this effort.
