Earlier this week I gave notice to my current employer of my intent to resign. I verbally accepted an offer with another company almost a month ago and it took them four weeks to get me an actual signed offer. Reactions have been generally positive and congratulatory, though my team understands that I'm leaving a pretty big hole for them to fill
