Okay, so I woke up at quarter to ten yesterday morning. I havne't slept since. So let's see, that's about 37 hours. Fucking hell. I was at school all day yesterday, got home around midnight and worked on an essay till five at which point I didn't see a point in getting to bed since I'd get up at six. Oy, what a stupid situation. The manager asks to talk to me before I start my shift, and tells me that she has to give my thursdays to another busser there because he's been there longer. So last night I go upstairs to get a glass of milk. I somehow managed to slam (and I mean slam) my left pinkie toe into the corner of a wall while I slipped and fell on the floor, waking up my entire family. I didn't hurt myself on the fall, but totally mutilated my toe. Shattered the toenail, blood everywhere and embedded about half of my sock ( Read more... )

So I go to work today and find out that all night bussers are only on shift until 10 PM. 10 PM. This means I work four hours per week until further notice because it's a slow month.
