90% of the entries I type out get
deleted. I read over the post and
it seems so trivial, so stupid, that
I delete the entire thing in disgust
Anything of substance I keep inside
my head. Maybe that's why, at times
I have trouble sleeping.

i wish you would put them in....or just leave them but make them private. writing is a cathartic exercise in and of itself, but re-reading can be a powerful way to judge your accomplishments and self-awareness.
