This tutorial works the best with pics that got red colors. :)
Open Base. Duplicate twice.
First Duplicate set to Screen 100%.
Second Duplicate set to Soft Light 100% and Desaturate (ctrl+shift+U)
New Adjustment Layer - Selective Coloring (this part is really easy to make, and quick, so dont be scared :D)
REDS:
Cyan -50%
Magenta +15%
Yellow +40
Black +25

YELLOWS
GREENS
CYANS
BLUES
MAGENTAS
WHITES
Black: -100% (all)

NEUTRALS:
Cyan +15%
Magenta -17%
Yellow -25%
Black -45%

BLACKS:
Black -30%

Press OK.

New Adjustment Layer - Hue/Saturation
Master Saturation: +30
Yellows: -100
Greens: -100
Cyans: -100
Blues: -100
Magentas: -100

Press OK.

New Adjustment Layer - Levels
Input Levels:
31 1,18 226

U'r done :) Sometimes to make ur pic more bright with red and contrasted u have to duplicate hue/saturation layer and level layer.
