1. Make sure YOU are collecting the frequent flyer miles not your boss.

2. Make sure every hotel has a gym and that you use it.

3. Always eat a full breakfast.

4. Skip lunch, not because you are too busy, but because you are out of the office and WALKING around the city you happen to be in.

5. Always have a dinner, you should be hungry by now.

6. Limit yourself to one alcoholic drink per day (always with dinner) no matter how small. If your choice of drink is a scotch then that's it.

7. Never eat because it's lunch time, dinner time etc. Only eat when hungry.

8. Don't touch the mini bar even if the boss pays for it.

9. If the weather is good and the place is safe go for a walk/sightseeing after dinner.

10. Get as much sex as you can, preferably as the top.

11. Do everything on the list, you don't get to pick and choose.

As someone who frequently travels I think the best thing you can hope for is to have a gym wherever you are staying so you can work out for at least an hour or possibly two in a day. Eat healthy (I should take my own advice) and enjoy your surroundings ( ... )
