Don't feel so bad! I haven't seen some of those movies.I do however have to say that I too also believe you to be neglected considering you have not seen Bambi or toy Story. I mean everyone has seen Bambi right? lol ( ... )

I would be quite shocked had you not seen Aladdin, Tarzan, Hercules, Beauty and the Beast, the Hunchback of Notre Dame and mulan

Ummm.... actually... out of those I've only ever seen "Aladdin" ... **hides under rock**

I did think Ursula is a great villain! Disney is always good at creating great villains.

I'm not surprised by the origins of the story and the original suicide ending - so many of those stories we consider fairytales are absolutely horrific in their original forms! We have to thank the good commercial sense of Walt Disney to turn it into a heartwarming tale :-)

bah! Disney are the reason why most humans have unrealistic expectations about happy endings in life (and of course let us not forget the unrealistic expectations of prince Charming!)

I wish they would make a fairytale movie with the original ending and the original story...just once!

I do love the heartwarming stories though. Does at least give you a little hope that there is some good in the world!

You're lucky after the first sentence I scanned down to paragraph two.

I was saying to myself big deal, until, I got to Gone With The Wind. Hmmmm blame the parents.

But, The Godfather? None of them? What kind of private school education did you get? Your parents should see a lawyer about getting a refund of years 11 and 12.

Speaking of private schools, mine was, A Clockwork Orange.
