...fearfully imagining the Warblers' discipline married with New Directions' sheer diversity of talent. They'd be a juggernaut.

Indeed. So it should happen. Yes. :D

This fic is EXCELLENT! I've read a string of "Dalton boys go to McKinley" fics and they never really turn out well. The authors always try too hard to make everyone 'ooh' ad 'aww' at Kurt's Dalton friends, or they place too much emphasis on Blaine being the 'secret boyfriend'. This fic was great because it gave us the excitement of having the Dalton guys as McKinley while not sacrificing plot or continuity.

Great job! Thanks!

I love the way you captured the unrestrained joy- and complete crazy- of New Directions. So many great one-liners (omg Lauren, can she stay with New Directions even after Kurt returns? ilh), and the bittersweetness of the end just killed me.

Great job. ♥

Oh, this is utterly, utterly, utterly fabulous. Your characterisation is spot-on for everyone, and Blaine's bewildered observations are a joy. Favourite lines include but are by no means limited to:

His stomach twists at the way Karofsky stares at Kurt in naked surprise, like he never figured he'd see Kurt again and doesn't know what to do with the information. Blaine doesn't even realise he's moved as if to shield Kurt until his hand is on Kurt's shoulder, feeling the fine tremors running through him.

I can see this entire scene perfectly, and it is heartbreaking and wonderful. (I can see the entire fic, actually - it really does feel as if it could have been lifted directly from an actual episode of Glee - but this scene in particular made an impact.)

"Coach Sylvester says that children who don't learn vigilance and paranoia are the most likely to fall prey to poor life choices and cougar attacks," Kurt says absently

The 'absently' is what makes this. McKinley kids really do learn to think differently.
