So I have less than 24 hours until I will be set up and ready to start selling at Wicked Faire with Retro-Future Sundries. I am past the point of quaking with nerves, but now my stomach won't settle and my migraine refuses to quit, and I still have easily another 4-6 hours of production left, let alone packing, grooming, and other prep work that ( Read more... )

Don't worry, you've totally got this. Sometimes you just need to prioritize what needs to get done. Do what you can and don't worry about what you can't. Just keep chipping away at it and you'll be fine.

Although, I would recommend that you keep 'grooming' towards the top of the list. That's not really something you can let slide by.

Wow... I thought my wife was the only one who got that worked up and put that much on her shoulders when deadline time came. Must be an artist thing. You'll be fine, bro. Your stuff is tight, it's all just details now. Cut a few corners if you must, but it'll get done and you'll do fine. Bust a leg!

I've done vendor sales at many summer tours and conference-type events..it's tough cuz you have to put your shop on the road. Hopefully this is just a one shot deal, there's definitely more pressure when you have a series of dates and schedules. If you get a chance to see this, some tips ( ... )
