I'm allergic to penicillin too; I never was when I was a kid, but I became allergic at some point and some idiot PA prescribed me ampicillin one time even when I told her I was allergic. I got a rash on my face, went back to the ER and said, "See?"

Being sick sucks unless you have someone to wait on you hand and foot.

Well, I have been pron to them since I got my tonsils out at 18 (something to do with it being so late ? probably crap). I used to get bad flu/pneumonia until I started getting flu shots every year. This was different, there was no flu ,stuffy nose ect just I big ball of mucus at the base of my throat and cutting off my air supply. When I finally went to the doctor and got the script for tetracycline I had to go cross town to some clinic that was havin' an Al-Qaeda night...

ME TOO!
I also had a terrible lung infection (bronchitis?) and slept for about 5 days straight. but.... I lost 5 pounds!!!

My has run two weeks I lost 8 pounds. I can't laydown to sleep or else I cough my lung out. Driving me nuts...
