[Kristoph is in his study, grading papers, when the flowers swirl around him. He blinks, and looks them over, pausing momentarily as they suggest their 'offer' to him. He initially waves his hand, trying to dismiss the flowers, though he pauses briefly, and raises his eyes to them once more.]A wish, hmm? [ He's been on the second level, thinking to himself and rather quiet. He's had a pretty rough week and even though he's seen the flowers, the wish has always been with him. He just wants to find his brother, to make him proud of him.

But it isn't a wish he wants these flowers to grant, and he glances up when he sees Kristoph, freezing for a moment and the words escaping his mouth before he realizes who it is. ]

[Well, that was unexpected. Kristoph is a bit startled and he turns quickly, eyes blinking behind his glasses.]

Oh, guten tag, Konrad. [There's a slight twinge of disappointment to his voice, but it's hidden from his face with his smile. Honestly, he shouldn't have actually expected that it'd work.. his brother was, as far as he knew, dead, after all. He turned back to his papers, ignoring the flowers that had fallen to the ground.]

I entrust that you have been staying out of trouble?

[He tried to ignore the heaviness on his shoulders as he shrugged a little, leaning against his desk. He shifted enough to see the boy as he addressed him, though. He did have a nice house, though: fancy, elegant, and well taken care of, even if it wasn't overly large.]
