How sad is it that I looked up ORC negligent assault, thinking that would be a more appropriate charge? Is it a mitigating factor that I'm in crim law when I saw this?

yeah, just like the dangers of bad men drivers causing accidents. way to buy into gender sterotypes, chris. interesting that insurance for girls getting their licenses usually costs less than insurance for boys...
