So, I got back from Italy, and photos will be coming soon. What did I learn from this trip? Venice doesn't like me. I think I stated this before. I've never been to a city outside of the US that felt this commercial. Want culture? Buy it? It felt like everything might just be a amusement park ride. The difference would be, no cars. It's all

we loved como and bellagio when we were in italy last year. and the drive around the lake? not so fun, i can't imagine it in a bus. although driving wasn't much better. and you're braver than me if you actually considered driving it yourself--the roads are so curvy and narrow! beautiful though. next time you should stay at kate's b&b, about 1/2 way between como and bellagio...
