Some days I feel so overwhelmed by my job. I try so hard to help this kids learn and overcome their disabilities and sometimes is so frustrating when they just don't show up to class or care enough to pay attention. It's even worst when the parents don't even care

That would be very frustrating, trying to help someone who won't help themselves. I guess at the end of the day, you just have to tell yourself you've done the best you can for another person, and no one could ever ask for more than that. And yeah, sometimes great stuff happens like the guy who was so happy about his grades :). That must have been lovely to see.
