But first, a photo update:

I've wondered where your entries have been! It's good to hear what you've been up to. I still can't believe the whole missing wallet thing. I would have thrown a tantrum - especially about the gift card thing, because I'm cheap. Well...Christmas is coming, right?

I have to say that I'm surprised about the religion thing. Maybe it's just me, but you always seemed to have this trusting-God-even-when-I-don't-want-to thing about you. From what I've read, I suppose. The selfish part of me hopes you can find that again.

(And once you've read about Scientology on Wikipedia, you'll never want to go there again. I almost peed laughing about where their "religion" came from - a science fiction novelist? Wow.)

When can we meet up? We really should, for a random coffee/tea/whatnot date or something. It might be fun to hang out with someone who you don't really know that well. (I still remember the random meeting at Disneyland - me in my heinous costume. Ugh. We need to see eachother on MUCH better terms.)

Haha. Oh we've studied ALL about Scientology. Going to the Church down in Hollywood is a TRIP. Homage to Ron Hubbard (or as my roommate likes to call him, L-Ron) it is really creepy. And when Tom and Katie first started dating I was really disturbed by it and so I did my own research and Time Magazine has this great expose they did back in 94. Don't worry, I'm fine. My faith is actually, strangely, really strong in a way. Simplified, you know? More and more, I learn that trying to figure everything out doesn't really matter and it's just too much pressure and I don't think we're even supposed to understand everything. God wouldn't really quite live up to his name if we completely knew him.

YES. Are you near a green line station? If not, you could meet me at one. Or something. Gosh. What is your schedule like?

Um...I've never taken the green line - I'm not sure where one is, actually. I think I've passed one on my way to LAX, so perhaps that's the closest one. Regardless, I can pick you up wherever you want to meet - not a big deal. I've braved the freeways many-a-time before, not knowing where I was going.

My days off are Thurs/Fri. Otherwise, my mornings are free, and I begin work at 1:30. What about your schedule?

"God wouldn't really quite live up to his name if we completely knew him." I like that.
