RIP Andy Hallett. It's a shame, he was still so young. And Lorne was such an awesome character. Poor guy.

I know! I new he had some heart problems, but I had hoped he would be all right. :( First Doyle, now Lorne. This show must have a curse.

Is this someone from Angel? I'm trying to figure out who this guy is as well as who else has died from the show? (?)

Yeah, he was on Angel as the good ol' green guy. Here's an article:

The other actor, Glenn Quinn (was a cast member in the first season as Doyle) died at age 32 of a drug overdose.
