I need help with camping food.

The last few times we've gone camping, I've pretty much survived off of carbs and veggie burgers. I am SICK of veggie burgers.

Anyone know of good vegetarian camping recipes?

Make hobo stew without the meat, like big tofu chunks or something. Yours will be done faster, too. ;)
