The Kitsap Humane Society is over run with cats! This is no joke. For the time being they are waving the $125 adoption fee for adult cats, in an effort to get them homes quickly, instead of having to euthanize all the overflow. Please, if you've been thinking about getting a new family member, now is the time. pets

That's crazy because it's like that over here too. I just read something in the paper about Boston animal shelters being overfilled with dogs and cats. I've been thinking about applying to be a foster parent.
