This is on a 'Space Barge' (COUGH BOTANY BAY COUGH) which is actually not a real thing at all, just two words stuck next to each other. But okay. A barge in space, I gotcha. I'm particularly digging the illogically-angled Lego decor.

Presumably ZQ is miming a phaser here, but basically this just looks like early Pon Farr cranked to eleven. You know that scene in Search for Spock? Yeah.

Theories:
Gary Mitchell - disproved. Mitchell dies in the Ongoing comic series, which shares the Nu!Trek continuity.
Trelane - doubtful. Trelane is not this butch, wouldn't have an insignia, and probably doesn't know what a barge is.
Talosian - I think we can call that one disproved.
Sybok - disproved. Eyebrows, ears, and blood all say human.
Garth of Izar - I know nothing about this guy. Maybe?
Charlie X - beyond doubtful. Not even a little bit possible.
Kodos - nope. I don't know how they'd make young!Kodos work, although I'd sell my heart for a Tarsus movie.
Khan - actually pretty damn likely.
