Last night I had the first drem I can ever recall where I had rhe ability to fly. It was the most wonderful and liberating feeling I had ever felt, even if it was in a subconscious dreamstate

1. the standing on the ledge you're now calm about leaving school
2. the teeth somoene chasing you="the real world" you losing your teeth="getting a regular 9-5 and losing your youthful exuberance"
you dreamt that your life as a young person is over. the person chasing you is adulthood. him smashing your teeth was him destroying your youth. BUUUUTTT..when you got up, well that should signify that your life doesnt end after college
Spitting out teeth in dreams is actually quite common. Since someone chasing you ended with your teeth shattering, I'd say you were running from the "future" that has been overhanging in your last college year and this final chase has rendered you unable to articulate yourself the way you used to, as shown through your busted teeth.
I would also say that hanging on the ledge of college is a pretty poignant image; you being harassed by people that still fit into the college scheme may indicate that you don't know where you belong anymore, hence you ledge-chilling amidst bickering college students.
And you know, flying's pretty fucking cool. Erm, released from the academic chains to explore life as a free-thinker? Sounds like a good plan to me.
Teeth falling out in dreams generally means a "loss of confidence", or as someone above noted, and inability to articulate oneself. Both of those are natural consequences of a new life transition.
I think Scott told me that flying dreams are supposed to have something to do with arousal or sex, something like that.
I might be going to the Epoxies show, they're playing a few shows in the area, I think. My old roomate from freshman & soph year is friends with either them or the Phenomenauts, so we're going to get together and go. I'll keep you posted.
