Colonel for the Malkuth Empire and right hand man to their emperor. They are the guys who are against my Uncle who's the emperor of another place. He can also use Fonic Artes really well... uh, I guess you'd just call it magic? He's kinda a bastard a lot of the time but it's stand-able since he's a good guy.
