Lego turns 50 today, as someone who spent thousands of wonderful hours playing those blocks I would like to say thank you for the memories.

Happy 50th birthday Lego, may you have another 50 years of bringing people enjoyment

I found some great pictures of stuff people have done with Legos:

I just wish I had the patience to make something like that. Mostly I just enacted pirate dramas with mine.
