The mail order for my earrings arrived yesterday. Hubby offered to buy the earrings for me but what I didn't know is, he also bought the matching necklace and got them to gift wrap it up nicely with a gift tag etc :) Really pleasant surprise.... though it is nothing expensive at all, well, hubby is not so rich to start with! :P ( Read more... )

hubs is so sweet. i would love it if that bf of mine were to spring a surprise on me. and when i mean surprise, i hope it'll be something sweet as well. and not terrifying like what he's used to.

Yah sweet, but careless guy.... He allowed me to open the package (right from the envelop on my own) so I saw the bill in it before I got to open up the box. Hence, surprise factor dipped big time. Haha...

Guess your bf is still young and so his surprises are the spontaneous, mischievious kind? ;)Bet my hubs is many moons older. Haha.

my bf is in his late 20s but he behaves like a kid. very worrisome. lol.

oops about the bill. bet he'll get better once he has sprung one too many surprises.

Late 20s? Same as hubs then :P Perhaps hubs is an "uncle" at heart. Eiks! Haha...

Nay, it will take quite a long while before he come along with another surprise. I know this guy. Oh, for records, he didn't get those earrings on his own. I saw them, brought them to his attention, and he must have thought "Good! So timely, I was cracking my brains for a decent Christmas present!" There you go....

Bleah! Cheap can be really pretty too, ++ the sweeet gesture becomes priceless eh! I can't tell you the amount of cheap jewellery I have - the sweetness :)

Ok, ok, I will appreciate hubs whether the present is cheap or not :P And yup, will take photos for you to see too. Was trying to find the picture from the net but apparently hubs bought the last piece of earrings and they took down the link already.
