Yeah, but actually still a little bigger than what we have now! it's all a little smaller than we like, but in a good location (well, neighborhood) and has a good school nearby and it cute as heck!

Yeah...I'm all ready to just jump on that house, but i know we need to look around...but it is as cute as can be. i HATE ashley phosphate, though.
