2007. Now that was a year. Specifically, a year that f*cking sucked. Which is odd, since a lot of good stuff, or stuff that should've been good happened, but somehow it was either never enough, or there was always some sting in the tail

Good things: birth of my son, my dad accepting Rhys, and getting the GM job.

Everything else? Fucking SUCKED.

It's been a bit of an eh year here. No major high or low points most of the way though.

Things improved notably around the end of November though.

Got a job near the end of the year (about 2+ weeks in)... beyond that, anything positive is frivolous game-related stuff... And the negatives include the father of my father dying, and a man who was like a father to him within a month later. So, uh.. Income vs two 'grandfather'-types dying.

I'm kinda glad the year's over, myself.

2007 sucked (generally - and definitely in a few major areas), and 2008's started with a lovely deliberate inducing of a sugar crash.
