1.) I can't believe that I am still discovering great British post-punk albums, despite having clawed my through practically everything written about the period.

2.) I can't believe I will be in Moscow in a week.

"Wondrous" is one of those exactly right English words that should, by all accounts, be enitrely wrong ( ... )

On the whole wondrous/wonderous thing: webster lied to me, I guess. Google's spellcheck has "wondrous." Oh well.

I also agree re: amazing none of us have died so far. I don't think it's morbid to assume that one of us would have gone off. I honestly thought it was going to be me, but sobriety and some focus have changed things.

It's just an annoyingly un-called-for exception, I also have a problem with Wednesday, which I honesty just had to look it up to make sure I didn't fuck it up here. I hope I was clear that I was mocking the stupidity of the standard spelling, I'm probably as bad as an Lit Major can possibly be at spelling. I've gone over this paragraph three times and I KNOW there's a typo or mispelling in this thing, but so far nada...

In the four years I went to NC there wasn't a SINGLE death of any student, let alone death by ODing, which is kind of a miracle especially since at least 2/3rds of the student population were at risk for this...

...Um, I think my heart may have stopped at some point during my Vodka... Bad thing way on back... I'm not sure if that counts as death or not.
