Don't know about Canada, but down here in the lower 48 Spanish is mighty handy.

Yoga and personal finances? Yes, because thinking about my personal finances makes me feel loose and flexible -- not the least bit tense and stressed out. Bravo, world.

If there's a chance you may eventually find yourself (along with Jeffy,
of course) living anywhere on or near the West Coast (or even Hawaii?)
anything which would kick up your proficiency in Japanese could make you
more at home in, say, Seattle (if you don't mind an earthquake or two)
When I was in Seattle the subway stops were announced in both English
and Japanese.

lol I think I know too much about geology and the planet's history on that front; any time I think of a place to live, I think about it's geologic history. Let's just say that I have far too active of an imagination for this - Seattle and the rest of the west coast are ripe for such a creative exercise.

Did you decide? I loved German, but have rarely had a chance to use it and it may be too easy for you (a lot of cognates, easier for an English speaker to pick up.)

My mom does 'Yoga Hell', which is basically yoga in a sauna at 100F+ degrees. I don't get it either, but I'd take your class any day.
