I just started suffering from anxiety/panic attacks. What a weird feeling. How long have you had anxiety? Anything to treat it?

Absolutely! I had a horrible time with anxiety that peaked in 1999 when I was almost housebound and having at least one panic attack a day... my avoidant behaviour was so bad that I could barely do anything. Even watching certain TV shows was enough to send me into a panic

Did you get my message about anxiety help? Is there anything I can do to help more, like send you a copy of the attacking anxiety course / cognitive behavioural therapy program, etc?

Pretty good! Just spent the last couple of weeks--though mostly concentrated in about 2 days--moving apartments within the same complex. 3rd floor to 3rd floor... ouch. I can share lots more details about that (and, like, everything else we've missed) in email, if you want :)
