All Hell Breaks Loose: Part 1
The Yellow Eyed Demon transports Sam, Andy, and Ava along with other "Special Children" Jake and Lily to the remains of a ghost town to initiate the first steps of his war against mankind. Dean contacts Bobby Singer, Ash, and Ellen for help in locating his brother.
When the Levee Breaks
Sam is becoming more and more inhuman. Dean and Bobby put him in the safe hold until he gets over his addictions. After Sam escapes with help, unknown to him, from Castiel, he finds Ruby and begins to feed once again. Dean begins to truly believe that the old Sam is gone for good.
Two Minutes to Midnight
Crowley tells Bobby he will give him the location of Death, the fourth horseman, in exchange for his soul. Sam and Dean confront Pestilence, but he unleashes a deadly virus upon them, so Castiel must intervene on their behalf. Dean has a meeting with Death to discuss Lucifer, and an unholy alliance is formed at a very high price for Dean.
Let It Bleed
Bobby tells Dean and Sam that Castiel has stolen the Moishe Campbell Diary, but he has a copy. They read the journal and discover that in 1937, H.P. Lovecraft had opened a gate to Purgatory with five worshipers of the devil. Meanwhile Crowley abducts Lisa and Ben to force Dean and Sam to step back. Sam summons Balthazar and the angel is surprised with the revelations about the partnership of Castiel with Balthazar. While Dean and Sam seek out Lisa and Ben, Bobby investigates what happened in 10 March 1937 and discovers the truth about his friend Ellie. Balthazar brings Dean and Sam to an angel-proofed warehouse where Lisa and Ben are captive. When Dean is ready to rescue them, he discovers that Lisa is possessed by a demon.
Reading is Fundamental
Sam and Dean have possession of a Word of God, but are unable to read it. They find a young prophet that can help, but unfortunately, the angels and leviathans are after him, too.
The Great Escapist
Sam and Dean search for the Word's author, Metatron. Castiel tries to protect the angel tablet. Kevin tries to solve the third trial under Crowley's supervision.
King of the Damned
Abaddon makes a deal with Crowley to stop the Winchesters and recover the first blade. Castiel tries to bring Gadreel to his side in the war against Metatron.
Dark Dynasty
While investigating a strange murder, Sam and Den discover the killer has the same tattoo as those from the Styne family; Castiel plays referee when Charlie and Rowena must work together; Crowley turns to an old enemy for help with Rowena.
