You know you're an English major (and studied too much poetry this semester) when you see "Sonnets" and instantly think, "Shakespearean or Petrarchan? Rhyme scheme? An ironic nod to Sidney? OH NOES."
... I'm so, so sick of my poetry class. And I have more to read for tomorrow's (well, today's really) 9am class.

But kudos on working with form poetry. Back when I was writing creative things (aka, before my English classes consumed by soul) I could never seem to find the patience/ingenuity to do sonnets.
