That's as it should be though. We are, after all, there to cater to their every whim, and any enjoyment we gain out of it is just a bonus, not their intention.

Aww :) You're probably right :p I always thought my cat had a better life than i did :D But we did spoil him, but when you love them, you're gonna! ;D
Cat's are luuuuurvely. I am a cat person myself :)
