The good news is that he likes the company, and it could well lead to something more stable. Find ways to look on this as an adventure, and be openly positive about the situation -- E-man needs to see that mommy thinks this is a good thing, and Rog will need a cheerleader while he's adjusting. Because Rog has been home so much, there is a greater chance that E-man will be more concerned about where daddy is. I'd start thinking of ways to distract him when he asks.

I feel for you all. I'm really glad that he found work, that's one of the scariest things right now, is how really good people with excellent skills have so much trouble getting good jobs. I hope that situation works out okay and that it leads to more and better good things, so that it will be worth the sacrifices you'll all have to make.
