Then, on your worries about it not being yummy ... I am a picky eater. Not so bad as I used to be, but still pretty picky. I have eaten enough of your feasts at this point in time to tell you with all sincerity and honesty, I will eat damn near anything that you put in front of me. You are that good of a cook, and I have that much faith in your skills. You can succeed, and you will.
Now, on to the fear, which is what you are expressing. Fear can be a very good thing if you use it the right way. It's a sign that you are being pushed out of your comfort zone and that you are being challenged. As much faith as I have in your culinary skills, I have even more faith in your personal resilience and strength in rising to this challenge, pushing yourself in directions you didn't know you could go, and coming out the other side with confidence in lessons learned.

Allergic to almonds suuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks.
I cannot WAIT until my feast is effing OVER and I can relax and look forward to coming up to Red Tower and working in your kitchen. 'cause I'm soooooo looking forward to it. I know it's going to be great, ESPECIALLY because you're really pushing your boundaries here and that's just *cool*.
