Thank you! I was really struck by the rose garden in 5x04 and wanted to set something else there, and found myself wondering, how would Gabriel react to seeing Lucifer wearing Sam?

This is gorgeous! I could feel Gabriel's love for Sam perfectly balanced with his frustration at Lucifer. I just love the rose garden scene, and it's nice to see it put to such excellent use here.

Thank you! The rose garden scene really resonated with me. I had a vague idea of making this longer, explaining why Gabriel was there, but it came out like this and I think it works better. I'm glad you liked what I did with it!

Okay, so I don't get the pairing ofc 'cuz to me, Sam/Dean is the shiz, but wow...I sorta feel for Gabriel here...and I think it's a nice, conflicting piece, bb. :D

I think the moral here is that everyone wants a piece of Sammy. *nods sagely* And that Gabriel regrets not acting sooner, in a number of ways, kind of really a lot, but not as much as he will regret these things shortly.
