Anything in file that is about change, is ridiculed. This is because people are comfortable with what they know. Qwerty is what we know.

Look in history, in the field of engineering:

The rocket, and the jet engine. Both inventors ridiculed and vilified because 95% of people are not innovators, 5% are. So the 5% of brilliant people encounter resistance from the other 95% dof ones, and always will.
