Today at dinner I was sitting with 4 other people with J names. It was super exciting. Also I got to whip out the good old 7 Principles card for the very first time to explain UUism. Alas, the inquirer was a vegan and objected to the "inherent worth and dignity of every person" bit because it places people above animals ( Read more... )

french house?

The college owns some houses and some of them are just for friends who want to live together but others have themes, like French House, Spanish House, Quaker House, etc. French House shows movies every so often, and I went to the first few last semester and I'm going to go more often this semester. PS the college also shows movies every Friday night and this week's is Les Triplets de Belleville, so I can finally see the end, since Madame never let us finish it in FRAQ.
