So Amy realized that an obscure reference Kosaku made while he was drunk was really from Flight of the Conchords last night. I have no idea what she is talking about though. Dan will know says Amy. It's from the Business Time song or what-have-you from episode 5.

Tuesday is new Futurama movie day. Amazon shipped mine on Saturday.

I brought Violet out of hiding late last night. I haven't touched my bass guitar since moving down here to the best of my knowledge. I want to attempt once again to learn more than just tabs, but I'm trying to find a good learning resource online without much luck so far. Any suggestions?

Halloween Time is here at the resort. It's a great time for a lot of neat things to come about, like Haunted Mansion Holiday, which is just a Nightmare Before Christmas overlay of the Haunted Mansion. They do a good job with it all. Amy and I went up to Oregon for her sister’s wedding. It was on the coast about 2 hours from Portland in Manzanita. We stayed north a bit in a small town of Seaside for access for a full kitchen and because it was a beach/campsite wedding that lasted for a few days. A 5.4 earthquake hit around 11:30-11:40am this morning. Amy and I were both home and felt it quite well. No power outages, no injuries. A few things fell off the shelves and the building got quite a shake. We were just getting ready to head out too. We still did, but destinations like the grocery store for dinner were inaccessible. That's right! This week we'll be celebrating the life and death of the greatest hero of our generation. Thanks to some credible sources we even have the recordings of the song we made in his honor.
