I just found out that, on top of everything to do this month, I have to either:

1) Find a new place to live, or
B) Find a housemate. (To fill up our 4-bedroom house. Whitehills area.)

Any suggestions?

Yeah, I think my housemates are looking for somebody who can sign a 12-month lease. If you leave and we can't find somebody, we're screwed...
