A man was walking down the street and fell in a ditch where the walls were so steep that he couldn't climb out by himself. A doctor comes by and he cries out, "hey doc, can you help me out? I'm stuck down here and I can't get out." The doctor just writes a prescription, tosses out to him, and walks off
