My sister in law, or rather ex sister in law, since my divorce, got married on Saturday. My ten year old daughter was one of her bridesmaids. On Friday night, as arranged, I took my daughter down to my ex mother in law's house so that she could stay overnight and get her hair done with the other girls. This reminds me of the time when I was a student when I was interrupted getting ready for a party by a couple of phone calls and completely forgot that I had only plucked one eyebrow (and my eyebrows are pretty bushy!). I only noticed when I looked in the mirror the next day and could only hope that people had drunk enough not to notice.

Sounds like a fun ex-family.

My ex-mother in law (outlaw?) lives about ten miles away. The others live all over the UK, but it is a scream when they are all home.

Weddings are so stressful, they make people go crazy! I have catered hundreds of weddings and have the stories to back up my theory! I'm so happy you posted about your ex-family.....it made me literally laugh out loud!
