Tanjoubi Omedetou, Shunsui!
So I wasn't gonna post it for ages yet, but because I posted the first part on Juu's birthday, I kinda had to post something for Shun's as well.
So yeah. There it be:
Meifu's Gate: Third Chronicle.
Synopsis:
It's the start of Juu and Shun's second year at the Academy, and with it, news of a death that sends shockwaves throughout all of the Eight Great Houses. Endou Yayoi, matriarch of District Seven has drawn her last breath, and everyone expects the worst.
Meanwhile, in the shadows of the Seventh District, an outlawed scientist is beginning to reach out once more towards the light.
Still, Yayoi's death has further reaching consequences than any of the Clans could have realised, and Seimaru is still nursing a grudge that even the passage of time has not managed to bury.
Seimaru couldn't be further from Juushirou's mind, however, as he faces a battle of his own with his frail body and ever more encroaching zanpakutou spirits. And as fragments of information begin to seep out across the Clans...Shunsui also begins to realise that everything is heading towards a particular end game.
But is it enough for them to prevent further deaths? Or will the spider in the shadows prevail?
Currently posted - 2 chapters. I've almost 23 plus prologue written...but I'm not sure how long this one will be yet or if it will be broken into two...
As for the Omake for the Juu-chibis - I'm still working on it nominally, but it's going to have to wait a while longer...
