In a blog post when someone refers to a movie and they are nice kind people, they generally would link the title of the movie to the IMDB page. Similarly, when those kind people refer to a book, they would usually link the title to the Amazon page for the book.

I get a tremendous sense of accomplishment from filling out expense reports, especially when more important things wait. Nothing big, just stuff like Rs. 150 for laundry expenses over a couple of weeks.

I guess this is somewhat similar to the sense of accomplishment that a lot of people seem to get from participating aggressively in useless

EtherPad, which was a rather nice web application, which allowed multiple users to work on the same tool simultaneously, has been swallowed whole by Google. Google has already come up with Google wave, which allows you to do that and more.
