But I seem to have found that gluten is related to my migraines.    It started out as happenstance because of a diet.   Then I realized that I had not had a migraine while not eating bread, and that I had one within hours of eating some.

Since then it has been nearly a month without a migraine.

It is a pain in the ass.   But so much better than a ( Read more... )

Not uncommon. Glad you found the trigger! Although that sucks you will miss out on bread. :(

Annoying, but kind of cool to find out by experiment. I've seen gluten-free bread at Trader Joe's and other health food stores; does it work ok for you?

I haven't really tried it yet. There is a new supermarket with a lot of options but at this point I am just doing without.
