The Classic Awkward Phone Call

I forgot how bad phone conversations can be when you don't know people.  We had nothing really to talk about, there were a lot of awkward pauses and points where I wanted to just slam the phone shut because it was pretty damn boring.  I can understand it's hard to talk to people when you don't really know them, but I didn't know it was this hard.
