Just a blerb with something funny to me.

So, a couple weeks ago, I was reading the AJC.Com page and there was a bit about AT&T trying to get a restraining order or a cease-and-desist order or something against Verizon. Apparently, AT&T was complaining that Verizon's newest ads were misleading consumers. You've seen the ads on TV and such with the maps that show the 3G coverage of Verizon and AT&T. Verizon countered saying that they make it perfectly clear a few times in the ad that they are comparing Verizon's 3G coverage to AT&T's 3G coverage. AT&T says that consumers are thinking those maps show "total coverage" the company has. So, Verizon states it pulled the maps from AT&T web pages, and then continues making a few more of the ads, mainly the Christmas ads.

So, watching Heroes Monday, I see a new AT&T add. They say "ha! someone has been showing you a map with limited coverage. We have coverage everywhere, and he starts throwing pictures all over a flat map on the country that is on the floor around him. The commercial fades, then, after some other commercial, it comes back and he has this huge pile of pictures all over the map. But he never, ever once says "3G" when discussing coverage.

Sorry, I just thought that was funny.
